I really enjoyed big size and modern room in this hotel.
We had a nice time. Clean, great value hotel, its location was great and awesome and really close to the main train station, close to the Termini train station, and city center and central train station.

Stayed in this property for 7 nights and loved our choice. The whole place was clean and the stuff where fairly friendly. The location was good, for example, St Paul's Church was relatively close to the hotel. It was about 15 km from the airport. The bathroom in our double room was really good: D
The bed was hard, that's sad thing.

Good or Bad? Let me explain.
The host was kind and communication was smooth. The bathroom was clean and the internet worked well.
The location felt unsafe at night. Noise was disruptive, and the rooms were cramped, lacking privacy and proper amenities.

Disappointing Experience with Major Issues
Upon checking in, I was shown the wrong room. The check-out process was chaotic with no one at reception. The absence of Wi-Fi and basic amenities like a TV was a letdown. My 2-night stay turned into a sad memory.

The check-in process was quite frustrating. I arrived in Rome at midnight, expecting to check in early as they had assured me. Finding the location was difficult, especially since there were no signs, and I was alone in a quiet area. After finally entering the building, no one answered my repeated calls, leaving me waiting outside for two hours. I had to find an alternative place to stay, which ended up costing me a hefty €153 for just seven hours. The next morning, the room still wasn't ready at my scheduled check-in time of 11:30 AM, and it seemed like basic preparations were rushed or overlooked. The bed wasn't made properly, and I had to ask for clean sheets myself. On top of that, noise from other guests made it hard to have a peaceful night. The lack of on-site staff during my entire stay was frustrating and made addressing these issues impossible. The location is convenient, close to Termini was nice. If you're traveling solo, I'd recommend being back by early evening for safety. The free Wi-Fi, once connected, worked well, but connectivity issues were a hassle. While there were positives like the location and affordability, the significant organization and cleanliness issues overshadowed my experience.
